Partnerships are key to a stronger workforce development strategy. You cannot expect to do everything. You need to play to your strengths and develop the relationships and partnerships that will make your projects successful. A school cannot expect to keep students on track without resources. A community organization needs strong ties to schools to provide upward mobility for their clients. An employer needs partners that will provide employees that are both prepared and have the resources to stay focused.
